The unacknowledged parts of ourselves we fear or deny. Light it for shadow work, courage, or to acknowledge what you’ve been avoiding.
Ritual: Light in darkness, ask “What have I been avoiding?", sit with what arises for 5 minutes, then snuff out while affirming "I accept what I find."
